Hiermit schlage ich, David Beck, Carl Fabian Lüpke aus Berlin für einen Verdienstorden vor. Durch seine ehrenamtliche Tätigkeit konnten die gesetzlichen Krankenkassen Millionen einsparen. Darüber hinaus werden Tonnen von Elektroschrott vermieden.
Im Folgenden werde ich auf die vorgeschlagene Person – Carl Fabian Lüpke – eingehen und ihre Verdienste in einem konkreten Fall beschreiben.
